  • What is your return policy for custom materials?
    At Northstar Graphics, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom materials. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary. For all custom materials, including shirts, boat decals, and promotional items, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the custom materials you receive, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is delighted with their custom materials and has a positive experience with Northstar Graphics.

We will work with you to address any issues and, if necessary, arrange for a return and refund or reprinting of the materials. Please note that customized orders may be subject to different return policies, and we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team for personalized assistance.   • What services does Northstar Graphics offer for custom designs?
    At Northstar Graphics, we love to do custom designs! We specialize in custom boat decals, car decals, as well as custom shirts, tanks, and sweatshirts. If you have a specific design in mind, the best way to request a custom design is to email us. We will work closely with you on the design, ensuring that it meets your expectations. Before printing, we will provide you with a preview of the design to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final product. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to creating unique, high-quality custom designs for our clients.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
